When do I get my deposit refund?

You will get the deposit refund within 15-30 working days after returning the outfit.

What is Security Deposit? And how much is it?

Refundable Deposit Amount:

1. Booking per product upto Rs. 2500 will be charged Rs.5000 refundable security deposit
2. Bookings per product above Rs. 2500 upto Rs. 5000 will be charged Rs. 8000 refundable security deposit.
3. Bookings per product above Rs. 5000 upto Rs. 10000 will be charged Rs. 10000 refundable security deposit
4. Bookings per product above Rs. 10000 and above will be charged Rs. 15000 refundable security deposit

What if I lose the product?

The entire Security Deposit will be forfeited.

What is Custom Fitting?

We have a Custom Fitting option for you!!

Yes. We can make it perfect fit for you provided you fall under the size range mentioned under the size chart. You can provide us your custom measurements over email, call or whatsapp and your attire will be custom fitted at our workshop & delivered to you in your best fit on your delivery date.

What if I mistakenly damage the attire?

At the time of return, the pick up team will do a quick quality check to ensure the attire is in good condition. Nominal wear & tear can be managed at our end. However, damage exceeding nominal wear & tear conditions will be required to go through a quality check at our office during which we will retain your deposit. 

What if I want to cancel the booking?

Oops! Cancellation :(

Never mind, we undestand you may want to cancel the booking due to some reason. However, in such cases you can write to us at orders@rentanattire.com

In the event you have requested for cancellation of the Order :

  • Within 24 hours from the time of placing the Order, we shall issue a credit note for the 100% Rental Fee, subject to this Cancellation Policy.

  • At least 30 days prior to the scheduled delivery date, you will be eligible for a credit note for 80% of the Rental Fee.

  • At least 11-29 days prior to the scheduled delivery date, you will be eligible for credit note for 50% of the Rental Fee.

  • At least 1-10 days prior to the scheduled delivery date, you will not be eligible for any refund and your request for cancellation of the Order shall be deemed invalid.

What if I want to change the dates?

Yes. We can help you change the dates as long as the attire is available for the new dates. You can write to us at orders@rentanattire.com or call us on our helpline no. & we’ll do our best help you out.

Should I be worried about the dry-cleaning?

NOPE! You don’t have to worry, we care about your hygiene! We have our dry-cleaning partners to ensure your attire is professionally cleaned & ironed before it is delivered to you. Our quality check team ensures your attire is ready to flaunt. :)
